End User License Agreement (EULA) for AI Translator: Voice & Scan
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“User”/“Licensee”) and the developer of AI Translator: Voice & Scan (“Licensor”). By downloading, installing, or using the App (including its subscription features), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
1. Acknowledgment
This EULA is between you and the Licensor—not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Licensor, not Apple, bears sole responsibility for the App, its content, and compliance with this EULA. This EULA aligns with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and minimum EULA requirements.
2. “App” Definition
The “App” refers to the AI Translator: Voice & Scan mobile application, including all core/premium features (AI Translation Keyboard, voice-to-text translation, image scan translation), software updates, and subscription-related services.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download/install the App on devices you own/control;
- Access premium features only via a valid, active subscription (see Section 4).
You may not:
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, or sell the App/subscription access to third parties;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App’s code (including the AI Translation Keyboard);
- Use the App/subscription for commercial gain (e.g., paid translation services).
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Available Plans
Premium feature access requires a valid subscription. Two plans are offered:
- Weekly Subscription: Auto-renews weekly until canceled.
- Lifetime Subscription: One-time payment for perpetual premium access (subject to App availability).
4.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions are processed via your Apple App Store account. Billing (including taxes) is charged to your account at purchase.
- Weekly subscriptions auto-renew unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage subscriptions (view, cancel, disable auto-renewal) via your App Store account settings.
4.3 Refunds
- No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law or Apple’s policies.
5. Maintenance & Support
The Licensor is solely responsible for App/subscription maintenance and support (as required by law). Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or troubleshooting. For assistance, contact the Licensor at [email protected].
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App (code, AI Translation Keyboard technology, design, algorithms) are owned exclusively by the Licensor. No ownership rights transfer to you under this EULA. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the App.
7. Termination
- This EULA terminates automatically if you breach any term (e.g., unauthorized subscription sharing, modifying the App).
- Upon termination: Cease using the App, delete all copies from your devices.
- The Licensor may terminate subscriptions for fraud/misuse, with no refund for unused periods.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Licensor’s jurisdiction, excluding conflict of laws principles.
9. Miscellaneous
- EULA Updates: The Licensor may revise this EULA; updated versions are posted at https://cemz.lingoast.com/EULA.html and take effect immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
- Privacy Policy: Your use is subject to the Licensor’s Privacy Policy: https://cemz.lingoast.com/translatorpolicy.html.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce its terms.
